Oh, King Arthur Flour, why are you so delicious? Also, they are friends to the gluten intolerant. No, I cannot eat wheat, but yes, I can eat a yule log, apple muffins, so many gluten-free things. So, this month I was happy to provide them with a baking cartoon. Unbeknownst to them, these are actually gluten-free loafs. No less delicious, and no less irreverent.
