Chapter LXXXVIII: Ahab hunts his white whale. I hunt sleep. Both prove elusive.

I made the illustration below a little while back, in the thrall of the first pages of Melville’s Moby Dick. I was serene, enjoyed the language. Yes! I will finally read this great classic and what an enriching experience it will be.
